Eru leaves come from a vine-like plant in the rain forests of Cameroon and Nigeria. It is called Ukazi or Afang in Southeastern Nigeria. In Cameroon it is prepared with waterleaf or spinach, a variety of meats including smoked fish with plenty of palm oil.
